Thomas Mercier is a film music composer who uses classical orchestration, electronic materials, sometimes sound design and sounds from all over the world, depending on the project.

He first trained in sound techniques, then started composing in 2011 as an assistant composer (and music mixer) on Tom Fontana's Borgia series.
Since then, he has composed for many series (France 2, France 3, Canal +), for films, notably Wo Yuan Yi (China Film Group Corp), The Exile (8Clos Prod) and Parfum de printemps by Férid Boughedir, but also for cartoons and documentaries like Kingdom of the Polar Bears by Alexis Barbiet-Bouvet (National Geographic France/Allemagne/Canada/US) mixed at the Alhambra Studios.
Guided by great curiosity, always looking for new sound spaces, he passionately develops sound and invites us to share the emotion of his musical worlds.
